If some of your decisions are made without your conscious brain assenting, your conscious self would not be responsible for those decisions. Therefore, those decisions would not be freely chosen, they would be dictated to you.

The person who makes the claim suffers burden of proof. If you claim a god exists, you are not justified in your claim until you provide evidence. Now, if someone says a god does not exist then they too suffer burden of proof.
